DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any disagreements or disputes between the website user and Study International Consultancy Services (“SICS”), the parties agree to follow the following dispute resolution process:

1) Informal resolution :-The user and SICS shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal means, such as negotiation or mediation, within 30 days from the date of the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved through informal means, the parties shall proceed to the next step.

2) Formal resolution :- If the dispute is not resolved through informal means, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which SICS is located. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction in which SICS is located, unless the parties agree to a different location. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

3) Governing law :- The dispute resolution process shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SICS is located.

4) Attorneys’ fees :- Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs associated with the dispute, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

5) Class action waiver :- The user and SICS agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

6) Waiver of jury trial :- The user and SICS waive their right to a trial by jury in any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions.

7) Injunctive relief :- The user and SICS agree that either party may seek injunctive relief to prevent the other party from engaging in any activity that may cause irreparable harm to the other party.

TERMINATION

The user agreement between the website user and Study International Consultancy Services (“SICS”) may be terminated under the following conditions:

1) Termination by the user :- The user may terminate the user agreement at any time by providing written notice to SICS. Any fees or penalties associated with termination will be outlined in the terms and conditions or service agreement signed by the user.

2) Termination by SICS :-  SICS may terminate the user agreement at any time if the user breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Any fees or penalties associated with termination will be outlined in the terms and conditions or service agreement signed by the user.

3) Effect of termination :- Upon termination of the user agreement, the user’s access to and use of the SICS website and services will immediately cease. The user shall remain liable for any fees or penalties incurred prior to termination.

4) Survival of certain provisions:- The following provisions of the user agreement shall survive termination: the intellectual property rights, liability, and dispute resolution process sections.

AMENDMENTS

Study International Consultancy Services (“SICS”) reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the user agreement at any time, without notice. COMMUNICATION OF AMENDMENTS
