The commitments that run in both directions between SICS and every student we work with.

Scope of services
SICS provides counselling, test preparation, application support, visa documentation assistance, and referrals for loans, forex, accommodation and travel. We act as an adviser and facilitator, not as an agent of any university or government authority.
Student responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, genuine documents and to meet deadlines communicated by your counsellor. Misrepresentation of academic records, finances or identity terminates services immediately without refund.
Fees & payments
Programme fees are those published on the Fees pages or in your signed enrolment form. Fees are payable in advance unless an instalment plan is agreed in writing. University tuition, application fees, visa fees and biometric charges are payable directly to the respective institution or authority.
Refunds
Coaching fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis before 25% of a batch has been delivered, less administrative charges. Third-party fees already remitted to a university, test board or immigration authority are non-refundable. Refund requests must be raised in writing.
No guarantee of outcomes
Admission, scholarship, loan sanction and visa decisions are made exclusively by universities, lenders and immigration authorities. SICS cannot and does not guarantee any outcome, timeline or grade.

Content, images, the magazine, the book excerpts and interactive tools on this website are the property of SICS and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Calculators and fee tools are indicative aids, not financial advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
